I'm Crazy About my Dreams

Joel 2:28-32 KJV

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

If you don't have a dream you are in trouble. Martin Luther King was a prophet and a man of God. When he was killed his dream did not die. There are people who want to see you fail.

You have to start dreaming that better is on the way in all areas of our lives. You have to believe what God has shown you is a reality. There has to be something in you that says you will make it and you are closer than before.

Praise God for the little you have until he brings greater. Be faithful over the small things.

5 characteristics of a dream:

1. Dreams have the audacity at times to be.
emotional.

Hold on to your dreams because it is all you got. If you let it go you will be in trouble. Your dream is driving you. Don't let it be a roller coaster ride. Believe it no matter what your situation looks like. If your eyes can see it your spirit can perceive it.

2. People will try to talk you out of your dreams.

The will try to do everything to turn on you and kill your dreams. Remember Joseph. He was still faithful to God even when he was in the pit. The devil comes to kill steal and destroy (John 10:10). Let the devil know he can't kill your dreams. Beware of the dream killers. Talk about your dreams and see how people will respond to you. You'll know if they are on your side or not. It's not a bad thing to kick people out of your life. You have something on your life. Learn how to tell your circle thank you don't you are not the same anymore And you are going in another direction. your dreams won't let you do certain things anymore. Parents: dont kill your kids dreams.

3. Sometimes your dreams can't be controlled.

Like in our actual dreams we can't move the way we want to. Sometimes you don't know what to do. You have to let go and let God. You can't figure out everything.

People are watching you and you don't realize it. Learn how to walk carefully. One phone call, text or email can change your life in an instant. Your dream is on the line in you should stay away from all appearance of evil. Lay aside every weight and sin (Hen 12:1). You can't take credit when you let go and let God.

4. Your dream will require crazy faith.

You have to believe God will do a miracle no matter what it looks like. Speak the Word and not negativity. Faith comes by hearing and by hearing the word of God (Romans 10:17). Face will move past your situation.

5. Your dream will talk to you.

It will tell you that you can't be in your pity party. Speak to your situation and no you won't be there forever.

What if Martin Luther King didn't have a dream? Your dream is so powerful a generation is connected to it. You'll touch many people with your dream. Your dream is not about you. If your dream is about you than it is an idea. Look back over your life and remember how God got you out before. If He did it before what makes you think you won't do it for you now?

Get as close to God as you can. You are here for a purpose. Kick out of the dream killers. If you can do it why do you need God?
